Alicia, Will the EPU be before or after license renewal? If the latter, fine. If the former, we need more info on those impacts (but maybe RAIs or the EPU application will suffice). I have several other questions too that could probably be handled with RAIs or at the site audit. After a brief review of the ER, it looks like the application is okay for terrestrial and aquatic issues.
