We will only send a letter to the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources as they are providing formal consultation information. Bob felt it was unnecessary to send one to the PA Game Commission.

Rani, After I consulted with Bob and Jenny it was determined that only a letter to the PA Dept of Conservation and Natural Resources was issued a letter since they had provided information to PPL in the Enviornmental Report.

Hi Rani, Do we have a responsibility to contact state agencies re: our license renewal review activities? For example, in their environmental report, PPL included letters they wrote to the Pennsylvania State Game Commission and the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources regarding state-listed species in the vicinity of the plant. Because they contacted these agencies, do we have have an obligation to send them each a letter just letting them know we received the application, and they're invited to attend our scoping meeting on the 15th?
