On March 21, 2002, a contractor tested positive for marijuana on a pre-access drug/alcohol screen. The contractor was not allowed unescorted access and was provided an opportunity to appeal through the We Energies appeal process. The contractor did not appeal and unescorted access remains denied.

On April 2, 2002, a contractor tested positive for alcohol during a for cause (observed behavior) drug /alcohol screen. The contractor's unescorted access was suspended and the contractor was provided an opportunity to appeal through the We Energies appeal process. The contractor did not appeal and unescorted access remains denied.
