Kairos NRC application for ETTP - COR water supply and treatment capacities Good Morning Patrick, We are reviewing an application for the Kairos demonstration project and performing our due diligence in a review of the submittal of their environmental report (link below to the application and report).

In particular, I am performing a review of the Water Resources and would like to independently confirm information provided by Kairos concerning the capacity of the (Rarity Ridge) wastewater treatment plant and the City of Oak Ridge municipal supply as called out for the proposed facility, the timing for any planned expansion of these facilities and, any existing or proposed agreements with the City to service the Kairos facility. In addition, a proposed fire suppression system for the facility would require an infrequent but large volume of water for replenishment and I would like to know how this might be accommodated by the City.

I would appreciate a brief discussion with you or your staff at your earliest convenience. We use Microsoft Teams here and that would be ideal if your team would like me to point to specific sections of the environmental report or share links/documents. Otherwise, a phone chat would do nicely.
