Public Summary of 6-12-23 Letter from Consulting Tribe
- Tami, Below is a public summary of the consulting Tribes letter dated June 12, 2023, regarding Kairos Powers April 2023 submittal. This summary has been reviewed and approved by the Tribal Historic Preservation Officer.
On June 12, 2023, the NRC received comments from the consulting tribe regarding Kairos Power LLCs (Kairos) supplemental information dated April 20, 2023. The formal recommendations in the consulting Tribes letter reflect the discussions that occurred NRC staff and the consulting Tribe on June 5, 2023 (see ML23173A008).
