The Kairos submittal is being withheld per NHPA statutes and regulations (54 USC 307103 and 36 CFR 800.11(c)) and per provisions under 10 CFR 2.390(a)(9) related to geotechnical/geophysical information.
The email to the consulting tribe is redacted according to the consulting tribes request for government to government consultations.
