'Ihis mport ecnoludes that densification of fuel may occur and that the asulting-formation of fuel colunn gaps should be anticipated in all light water mactor fuels. 'Ihe mport also provides the essential elements to be included in calcula-tional nodels used to account fbr the effects of fuel densification.
'Ibe Begulatory Staff believes that the fuel dn the. subject facility (s) is susceptible to densificaticn. 'Ibemfozy,, we aquest that you pro-vide the necessary analysea and other relevant data for &temining the l

analyses indicate that changes in design or operating conditions am necessary to maintain mquimd margins, you should submit proposed changes and operating limitations with the analyses.
