The systen proposed in your letter is stated to be applicable only to praeden Units 2 and 3.

To maintuin maiformity, it is requested that the systen alae be utilised for Quad-Cities Units 1 and 2 It is requested that future revistans to the proposed system, if secessary, be discussed with us prior to implementing such revisions. Verifi-cation that the planned system will be used by Ceco for the Quad-Cities units is requested.
