Those actions authorize you to operata the Quad-Cities Eucicar Power Station Units 1 and 2 each at power levela up to 502 megawatts (thermel), 20% of rated power per Unit. The litigation

brought by the Attorney General of Illinois and the Izaak Walton League, et al, in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia which resulted in an order enjoining the Conaission from issuing any partial operating licenses has been dismissed.
