Dear Dr. Oliphant:
As we have discussed with Memphis State University, the Academy of IRM, Inc. is aware of the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) requirements' con-cerning possession and assembly and disposition of component parts of a reactor.
Accordingly, on behalf of the Academy of IRM, Inc. I hereby certify under oath the following:
- 1. The Academy of IRM, Inc. will obtain component parts of the AGN-201 Reactor currently licensed by Memphis State University (R-127) and will not assemble these parts until we receive the proper NRC license:
- 2. If the component parts are transferred to another party, we will fully explain to the recipient its' responsibility for obtaining the proper licenses prior to assembly of the parts; and,
- 3. If the component parts are to be exported, the Academy of IRM, Inc. will first receive the proper NRC license.
