R-127 FOR THE MEMPHIS STATE UNIVERSITY AGN-201 RESEARCH REACTOR The Commission has issued the enclosed Order that terminates Facility Operating License No. R-127 for the Memphis State University AGN-201 Research Reactor located in Memphis, Tennessee in accordance with your application dated Noventer 10, 1986, as supplemented.

In connection with the license termination, wr are enclosing two copies of Amendment No. 4 to Indemnity Agreement No. E-59 Please sign and return one copy to this office.

A copy of the Order, which is being sent to the Office of the Federal Register for publication, the Safety Evaluation and the Environmental Assessment associated with this action are enclosed.
