-"Theienetor operated continuously in August with the following exce;tione four shutdowns for scheduled maintenance and refueling; one unscheduled shutdown.

On August 18, a spurious wide range monitor (Channel #4)high power scram occurred during a normal react.- startup. No indication of actual high power was evident on any instrumentation, I Reactor power at the time was approximately 10 kW. Invest:gation revaaled no abnormalities. A nc,rmal reccior start'm was subsequently completed with no further problems of this type.
