. The reactor operated continuously in May with the following exceptions: four shutdowns for scheduled maintenance and/or refueling.

Two NRC inspectors visited the facility to review our exempt release license. No violations and no areas of concern were noted.

Major maintenance items for the month included: conducting the annual containment building leak rate test; shipping 16 spent fuel elements to the Department of Energy's Savannah River Site in South Carolina.
