The reactor operated continuously in October with the following exceptions: four shutdowns for l scheduled maintenance and refueling.

l Major maintenance items for the month included: replacing the bottom sealing gasket on the south back-up isolation door (505); performing the biennial change-out of control blade offset "D";

repairing a small leak on the primary pump 501B discharge pressure gauge and seal water line; replacing the slow speed drive motor on the intermediate range monitor chart; replacing the

( :alibration feedback module for intermediate range monitor (NI) channel #3.
