In discussion with Mr. P. Gwynn of your staff, a request was made to submit to your office an action plan for the handling of potential wrongdoing issues received by Safeteam. An instruction for handling such issues has been estab-lished and inplemented at Clinton Power Station (CPS). This instruction ad-dresses the screening and investigation processes for determining the potential existence of wrongdoing that include the following measures:
