Enclosed are Attachments A, B and C which contain Safeguards Information relating to changes which have been implemented in the Humboldt Bay Power Plant Security Plan. Attachment A is a brief summary of the changes made in the Security Plan. Attachment B contains the pages of the plan affected by the changes, and Attachment C is Figure 1 of the plan. These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and are submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (p) .
In accordance with 10 CFR 73.21, this information should be protected against unauthorized disclosure.
