On December 9,1996, PG&E submitted License Amendment Request (LAR) 96-02, " Revision of Technical Specifications - Incorporation of 10 CFR 50, Appendix l Requirements and Relocation of Radiological Effluent and
. Radiological Environmental Monitoring Technical Specifications in Accordance with Generic Letter 89-01," for Humboldt Bay Power Plant, Unit 3, to the NRC in PG&E Letter HBL-96-027. Upon subsequent review of this submittal, it was noticed that the words
- MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC" and " SITE BOUNDARY" were inadvertently typed in capital letters in Section Vil of the Technical Specifications. These words should be in lower case.
We have retyped these words in lower case, and the enclosure to this letter contains the Technical Specifications in its entirety with the affected pages corrected. Because this change is editorial in nature, the change does not affect j the conclusions of the safety evaluation or the no significant hazards 'I consideration determination performed for LAR 96-02.
