l PGandE hereby submits the Custodial SAFSTOR Facility Quality Assurance (QA)
Plan, Revision 2. This revision supersedes the previous revisions to the QA Plan submitted with PGandE letters dated December 13, 1985 (HBL-85-059), and March 14,1986 (HBL-86-006).
This revision differs from the previous submittal (HBL-86-006) as follows:
a) Section 2.0 has been revised to reflect applicable organization changes.
b) A new Section 3.1.3, " Inspections," has been added to describe applicable inspection requirements. Subsequent sections were renumbered to accommodate this addition.
c) Section 3.1.4, "Nonconformance Control," was revised to clarify that the nonconformance control measures include provisions for implementing corrective action to prevent recurrence.
The changes are identified by vertical lines in the margin.
