Enclosed is an application for amendment to facility Operating LicenseL No. DPR-7. The enclosed license amendment request (LAR) proposes to.
I revise Technical. Specification (TS)Section II, " Site," by deleting Figure'II-2, and to revise TS Section V, " Monitoring Systems," by I
deleting the Restricted Area boundary line in Figure.V-3. The LAR also j
proposes to revise Section VII, " Administrative Controls," by changing j
the title ~of a member of the plant staff and by revising Figure VII-2, i
" Plant Staff Organization." These proposed changes are in response to
-l recent revisions to 10 CFR 20.
The changes proposed in this LAR are not required to address an
)
immediate safety concern. However, to maintain consistency'between the TS and 10 CFR 20, PG&E believes the NRC should assign a medium priority to the review of the proposed changes.
PG&E requests that the revised TS be made effective on January 1, 1994.
