An NRC inspection was conducted September 15,1999, at your Humboldt Bay Power Plant,
Unit 3 facility. The enclosed report presents the scope and results of that inspection.-
Areas examined during this inspection included portions of your physical security program We
determined that your physical security program was properly implemented.
