This letter is to acknowledge the receipt of your 10 CFR 50.54(a) submittal dated November 18, 1997, which proposed changes to your Quality Assurance Program description. Based cn our current review schedule, we anticipate that it will require morn than 60 days to complete our evaluation. The staff feels that more detailed information is needed in the Final Safety Analysis Report Quality Assurance Program description for the " Instrument Calibration Labelirsg" change. Subsequent to the completion of our review, you will be notified of the results.
