%e.../ July 24, 1987 MEMORANDUM FOR: Allegation Review Committee Members FROM: George C. Gower, Project Allegation Coordinator (PAC)

Comanche Peak Project Division Office of Special Projects

SUBJECT:

MINUTES OF OSP COMANCHE PEAX ALLEGATION REVIEW COMITTEE (ARC) MEETING a The second meeting of the Comanche Peak ARC was held on July 15, 1987 at the 1

CP construction site. Those in attendance are as follows:

P. McKee, ARC Chairman J. Lyons, ARC member R. Warnick, ARC member G. Gower, PAC H. Schierling, CP Project Manager '

C. Williams, OSP  ;

!. Barnes (part-time)  ;

C. Hale (part-time) ,

C. Grimes (part-time)

The meeting commenced with a review of the minutes of the previous ARC meeting held on 6/25/87. This review prompted discussion of the distribution of meeting  ;

minutes and the need to set up a separate file for the minutes and other related '

corrsspondence. The minutes are to so indicate distribution to this file.

Also, it was decided that a fors-type document should be developed and used for each allegation - something like a check-off list and chronology of actions -

that will serve the purpose of documenting steps in the allegation followup process and could also be used to provide status to the ARC members preparatory to upcoming ARC meetings. The PAC will prepare such a form for review and com-ment during the next ARC meeting.

Another matter discussed dealt with the need for development of standard distri-bution lists for allegation correspondence. The ARC chairman will relay this need to the Office Allegation Coordinator via coseents on the OSP Office Pro-cedure 0170.
