SHOREHAM The General Counsel advises that, as a result of the meeting this morning with District Court Judge Gerhard Gesell, who is now in charge of handling the preliminary injunction question in the Shoreham case, it is important for the parties to agree on a suitable schedule for the low-power hearing.
Based on the above, General Counsel believes that it will be..
useful, as well as important, to issue an order such as the attached today.
For this purpose, I am suggesting that immediately following the meeting on Financial Qualifications this afternoon, the Commissioners remain in the conference room for a short notice closed meeting (Exemption 10).
