FRIDA?, APRIL 27, 1984, COMMISSIONERS' CONFERENCE ROOM, D.C. OFFICE (CLOSED--EX. 10)
The commission discussed a proposal to vacate an as yet unissued Order that the Commission approved on Thursday, April 26, 1984 and to issue a new order that would, inter alia provide for oral argument on whether GDC 17 is applicable to low power operation.
The Commission, by a vote of 4-0 (Commissioner Roberts disapproving), agreed to notify the parties that the Commission has vacated its April 26 order and'that a further order of the Commission would be forthcoming on Monday, April 30.
The Commission also discussed, but did not take final action on, correspondence from Congressman Markey.
(Subsequently, as directed at the meeting, the Office of the General Counsel telephoned the parties to inform them of the Commission's action.
Additionally, on April 30 the Commission issued a revised Shoreham order.)
