The Commission met to discuss a draft order in Shoreham (ref.
memorandum Chairmar Palladino to Commission, 4/26/84).
The draft order directs the parties and the Board te establish a new schedule for further proceedings on the supplemental motion.
The Commission voted 3-0 (Ccmmissioners Gilinsky and Asselstine abstaining) to issue the proposed order and instructed the General Counsel to read the order to the parties by telephone immediately after the =eeting.
Conmissioners Gilinsky and Asselstine indicated they would have separate views.
