WHEREAS, the Toledo Edison Company has filed with the U.S.

Nuclear Regulatory Cormission an application to amend its license to operate the Davis-Bosce Nuclear Fower Station so as to permit said c om pa r,y to bury radioac.tive slu69 e cn the power station siter and WHEREFS, the premises on which the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Stetion sits is in the in. mediate area of the Navarre Marsh Lands adj acer.t to Luke Erie which is designated as a flood plane area .

That the Council fintis And decermines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Councilt and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such f ormal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory recuirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.

e Section 4. This Resolution shal take effect earliest time allowed by law.
