t?HEREAS the Toledo Edison Corapany of Toledo. Ohio, has filed with the U.S. duclear gequlatory Commission an application to aaend its license to operate the Davis-hesse Huclear Power Station so as to per91t said Co9pany to bury radioactive sludoe on the poner station site and unrastricted use of said land in the future; and l'HEREAS. the premises on which the Davis-Gesse Nuclear Power Station is situated is in the immediate area of the Havarre Liarsh Lands adjacent to take Erie which is a desionated flood plain area subject to floodino by the traters of Lake Erie; and

'!HEREAS, the burial of radioactive sludoc in excavations two feet deep and cowarnd by f o'rr 19chas of seedad soll could
