Page 24. Apparently the jobs offered to the men were indeed i

comparable to their jobs at TMI. The text, however, indicates only that the salaries were the same and that the location of the offered jobs were nearby. The fact that the jobs were comparable in all respects should be expressly stated.

2.

Page 29. The first paragraph of subsection "c" should be rephrased. Ilhile it is. technically true that the allegations were not borne out because the records were falsified by certain guards, rather than guard serceants,it is misleading to state that there is'no basis" for the allegations. This paragraph should acknowledge that falsifications were made, though not, as Darcy and Shapiro alleged, by BISS sergeants.
