This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. R. J. Pate of this office
on April 28-30, 1975 of activities pertaining to your application for a
construction permit for the Palo Verde iluclear Generating Station and to
the discussion of cur findings held by :tr. Pate with ltr. VanBrunt and

other members of your staff at tne conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed
inspection report.

selective examinations of-procedures and representative records, inter-
views with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
We identified
no significant departures frnm the, requirements of Appendix B to 10 CFR 50 of the ;;RC Regulaticns, " Quality Assurance Criteria for l:uclear Power
Plants."
