Under provisions of FOIA, 5 U.s.C. a552 I am requesting access to any records evidencing a request by any person or group for work stoppage or licensing investigation or any other related investigation of the Fermi 2 Nuclear Power Plant in Monroe, Fichigan.
I am interested in those documents filed since January 1, 1985 If there are any fees for searching for or ccpying the records, please inform me before you fill the request.
As you know, FOIA permits you to reduce or waive fees when the release of infor-mation is considered as "primarily benefitting the public."
Pecause I believe this request fits that category, I am asking you to waive those fees.
