Garde and Mr. Condit in response to their Petition pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.206 dated May 7, 1987 on behalf of th Scfe Energy Coalition of Michigan and the sisters servants of the Immaculate Hcort of Mary Cong. regarding the Fermi-2 facility which requests the NRC to institute a proceeding to modify suspend or reveke the license issued to Datroit Edison Company.

NRC take possession of all Safeteam files and rcview the allegations for all potential safety-related deficienies, make these concerns public. 2)
NRC require all Safetear allegations are processer by the utility in accordance with 10 CFR Part 50. Appendix B. 3)
NRC requires all utility employees are fully informed about Safeteam before they make a choice between submitting information to the Safeteam or the NRC.
This request includes all agency records as defined in 10 C.F.R. 9.3a(b) and the NRC Manual, Appendix 0211, Parts 1. A. 2 and A. 3 (approved October 8,
1980) whether they currently exist in the NRC of fical, "working" investigative or other. files, or at any other loca tion, including private residences.

GAP is a non-profit, non-partisan public interest organization concerned with honest and open ge.ernment.
Throug.. public cutreach, the Project promotes whistleblowers as agents of government secountability.
Through it Enviromental Whistleblower Clinic, 3AP offers assistance to local public interest and citizens groups and intervenors in the concern for safety at nuclear power p' ants.
We are requesting this informatien as part ci an ongoing monitcring project of the NRC's efforts to protect public healta and safety at and near nuclear processing plants and radioactive waste f acilities.
