Teresa !4clearen, NRC, a post-award conference has been scheduled to be held l'.sy 30, 1984 at 10:00 a.m., at the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comnission (NRC),1717 H Street, N.W. ,1.'ashington,' DC, Room 1118. Areas of the contract which will be discussed at the conference are listed in Enclosum 1.

It is not nt-cessary that they be discussed in the order sho,m and there will be no objections to rodifying the order to fit your comany's preferred interest.

Planned Goverment participants will be from the technical (prof sm office) and contract amas of NRC. It should be pointed out that the conference is not being held for the pumose of changing the

  • contract. The prisary purpose of the confemnce is to ensure thet there is a clear and mutual understanding of the scope of the contract between the Goverwent and the contractor. If it becoms apparent during the conference that a contract change is necessary, it will be reduced to writing and a nodification issued in the fann of a cht.nge order or supplerental agree:aent.
