-In approving this award, the Comission directed that five conths from the.

date of award the EDO should determine if it would be in the best intcrest of the Government to exercise the option for continuation of services'by the Lcontractor. In ' order to make this determination, the Commission suggested several areas to be analyzed. One of these areas is the option of providing of

• stenographic reporting services in the Washington area by the use of NRC personnel.

So that I may coordinate this analysis, please provide me with your assessment of the OMD Circular A-76 implications for perfoming these services in-:;ouse, ir.

accordance with Ibnual Chapter 5105. Please provide your assessment to me by April 30,1983.
