Notice of Amned and Trannoittal of Contract You are hereby notified that your bid in the amount of $850,189.75 i
submitted in response to our Invitation for Bids No. AS8-84-352 on June 29, 1984 to provide stenographic reporting services throughout the contiguous United States excluding the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area is accepted. The basic contract period is one year with effective date for perfomance August 16, 1984. Your executed copy of Contract No. NRC-21-84-352 coveringtheawardisenclosed(Enclosure 1). A copy of your approved subcontracting plan reflecting sy acceptance is enclosed for your records (Enclosure 2).
As required by Part 1I.8.24 of the solicitation, you are requested to execute and deliver to me a perfomance bond in the se of $100.000 within ten (10) days after receipt of this letter. Two copies of Standard Fom 25 "Perfomance Bond," are attached as Enclosure 3.
If the bond is not furnished within the period specified, the contract may be teminated for default.
Ms. Elva W. Leins, Ms. Doris M. Moran, and Ms. Patricia Wilder of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel have been designated as Contracting Officer's Representatives to serve as Project Officers under the contract. They may be reached at 492-7893, -8047, or -7838.
Their responsibilities and the extent of their authority is contained in Article XI - Project Officers, on page 47 of the contract. A copy of my written designation of these personnel as Project Officers will be fomarded to you as soon as possible. Ms. Teresa McLearen of my staff will serve as Contract Administrator. You may reach her at 492-7533.
A member of my staff will contact you shortly to establish a date for our Post-Award Conference. If you have any questions in the interim, please contact me, Ms. McLearen, or Ms. Davis.
