Dear Mr. Colbert:

Cygna Energy Services has received an NRC letter from Mr. B.J. Youngblood _~

to Mr. L.L. Kammerzell (Cygna) and Dr. Wayne Jens (Detroit Edison) stamped April 30,1985. This NRC letter requests Cygna to provide additional-in-l- .

purpose of this letter is to request a copy of the Detroit Edison letter dated September 27, 1985 to the NRC which presented the results of their as-built evaluation of safety-related piping systems attached to the reactor coolant pressure boundary for faulted loads, including annulus pressurization loads. This Detroit Edison letter _ is required to respond to Enclosure 2 of the latest NRC letter and our records indicate it was never received by i- Cygna as part of our incoming project correspondence file.

If you have any questions or comments on this request, please do not hesitate to contact me.
