Complete Enclosed (Enclosure 1) is the Plant Systers Branch Safety Evaluation Report i

relating to the proposed change to Section 4.8.1.1.2d of Calvert Cliffs Technical Specifications. The proposed change wiil extend the frequency of the emergency diesel generator (EDG) inspection requirement from 18 to 24 months.

This will correlate the EDG inspection intervals with the current refueling cycle of every 24 months.

We consider our efforts on TAC Nos. 71590 and 71591 to be complete.
