Complete In response to Reference 2. Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BG&E) submitted, Reference 1, a request for deviations from the requirements of Regulatory Guide (R.G.) 1.97 relating to the containment sump water level (narrow range), containment sump water temperature, safety injection tank level or pressure, and component cooling water flow to the ESF system.

We are transmitting herewith our subject supplemental safety evaluation with its attachment, EG&G Idaho, Inc., Technical Evaluation Report (TER) dated September 1987. Our supplemental safety evaluation (supplement to the safety evaluation enclosure to Reference 2) is based on our review of EG&G's TER EGG-NTA-7071, Revision 1.
