(" West Valley"), hereby submits this letter to correct a statement contained in the footnote on page 2 of its Response to. Motion by Joint Applicants Seeking Extension of Time Within Which to Answer Petition to Intervene, filed on October 26, 1982. Contrary to the statement in the footnote, counsel for Joint Applicants was not served with documents by hand on October 25, 1982. Rather, West Valley has learned that counsel for Joint Applicants finally received West Valley's original service copies by mail on October 26, 1982.
