STN 50-529 Gentlemen:
Reference is made to my letter dated January 27,
- 1987, concerning the above matter, in which I indicated that First Chicago Lease Holdings, Inc.
was proposing to transfer its interest in a prior sale and leaseback transaction to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Palo Verde Leasing Corporation.
A copy of my January 27, 1987 letter is enclosed herewith for convenient. reference.
It was indicated in the January 27 letter that the Commission was being notified of the proposed transfer as a matter of courtesy, and that First Chicago Lease Holdings, Inc. proposed to complete the transfer by the end of January 1987.
The purpose of this letter is, as a matter of courtesy, to file with t.he Commission the executed documentation reflecting the transfer mentioned above.
Accordingly, enclosed herewith are four copies (reflecting execution in counterparts) of the letter, dated as of January 30,
- 1987, from First Chicago Lease Holdings, Inc.
and Palo Verde Leasing Corporation, addressed to various parties, relating to the assignment, including the "Instrument of Assumption" related thereto.
