Project t4anager'and Operating Agent (the "Operating Agent" ) for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station
("PVNGS") Units 1, 2 and 3, enclosed herewith are three originals and nineteen copies of a Supplemental Application in Respect of Sale and Leaseback Transactions by Arizona Public Service Company (the "Supplemental Application"), submitted by APS, in its capacity as Operating
- Agent, on behalf of APS in its capacity as a licensee authorized to own a joint interest in Unit 2.
As prescribed by 10 C.F.R. 5 170.12 (1986) a check in the amount of
$ 150.00 is also submitted in payment of the fee for the amendment to Operating License No.
NPF-51 requested in the Supplemental Application.
