Project t4anager'and Operating Agent (the "Operating Agent" ) for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station ("PVNGS") Units 1, 2 and 3, enclosed herewith are three originals and nineteen copies of a Supplemental Application in Respect of Sale and Leaseback Transactions by Arizona Public Service Company (the "Supplemental Application" ), submitted by APS, in its capacity as Operating Agent, on behalf of APS in its capacity as a licensee authorized to own a joint interest in Unit 2.
As prescribed by 10 C.F.R. 5 170.12 (1986) a check in the amount of $ 150.00 is also submitted in payment of the fee for the amendment to Operating License No. NPF-51 requested in the Supplemental Application.
