Supplemental Application in Respect of Sale and Leaseback Transactions by Public Service Company of New Mexico Dated February 5, 1986 Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 (Docket No. STN 50-528)

Dear Mr. Knighton:

By letter dated April 22, 1986, Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) submitted to the Commission its "Filing by Public Service Company of New Mexico with Respect to Additional Financial Information". In that filing, PNM undertook to provide the Commission with certain information concerning Equity Investors with respect to Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS) Unit 2. A similar undertaking was made in the above-captioned Supplemental Application with respect to additional Equity Investors (other than affiliates of PNM) with respect to PVNGS Unit l.

PNM is and remains responsible for these and similar items.
