At the request of Arizona Public Service Company
("APS"),
Project Manager and Operating Agent (the "Operating Agent" ) for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station
("PVNGS") Units 1, 2 and 3, enclosed herewith are three originals and nineteen copies of a Supplemental Application in Respect of Sale and Leaseback Transactions by Public Service Company of New Mexico (the "Supplemental Application"), sub-mitted by APS, in its capacity as Operating Agent, on behalf of Public Service Company of New Mexico.
As prescribed by 10 C.F.R. 5 170.12 (1986) a check in the amount of
$ 300.00 is also submitted in payment, of the fee for the amendments to Operating License No.
NPF-41 and to Operating License No.
NPF-51 requested in the Supplemental Application.
