SUBJECT:
ZIMMER MEETING WITH DANIELSON, BARRETT, STREETER AND WARNICK 1.
Decided to delay any further decision on additional independent measurements until QCP is further along and we get specifics that Devine says he has.

Streeter will discuss with Spessard what personnel we need to assign to Zimmer to continue investigation and followup of the QCP.
Barrett wants out.
3.
Warnick and I need to discuss who will continue the investigation.
McCarten wants to do it, but only if Foster is not involved.
4.
Much discussion on the results on the FRC evaluation of the two pipe sections.

The lack of fusion is 1/8 inch deep and not very wide, don't know a.
the width, but its several thousandths of an inch, Can't determine the width of the crack from a radiograph.

him to do an evaluation. Evaluation will probably have to be an assumption that all radiographs with misalignment indications must be assumed to have lack of fusion. Evaluations will have to be done as to why such welds are alright, since they do not meet the code. We will probably have to discuss these with NRR since the plant is not yet licensed.
