River Bend Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-458 Final Report /DR-54 On May 24, 1982, Gulf States Utilities Company (GSU) notified the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region IV Office of a condition potentially reportable under 10CFR50.55(e)'concerning B. F. Shaw rolled plate pipe with internal mismatches at seam welds, out-of-roundness, and existence of laminar discontinuties (DR-54). GSU has completed its review and dr.cermined that the deficiency is not reportable
