OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT OUALIFICATION STATUS The suc=ary of equipment qualification status in the accompanying Table ii lists each component fro = Tables 3.11-4 through 3.11-8 and its status.

Table ii (as with Table 3.11-4 through 3.11-8) lists those components that are unique to unit 1, those shared by both units, and those that have an exact counterpart (same ID number) in unit 2. The first two columns give the TVA ID number and the manufacturer and model number. Column 3 is the category into which the present status of qualification falls. The following are the categories: 1) Category 1 - Components f all into this category if they are qualified by NUREG 0588 guidelines. 2) Category II -

Components fall into this categcry if they lack documentation to prove

qualification to NUPEG-0588.3) Category III - This is the statte of all items which will be requalified by either analysis or type testing or a combination of these methods, and 4) Cate;ory IV - This is the status representi"g those items which will be replaced rather than requalified.

Column 4 is the Nonconformance Report (NCR) number for those components which were found to not have adequate qualification documentation or deru=entation which does not fully demonstrate qualification to NUREG 0588 requirements. TVA's Division of Engineering Design Engineering Procedure 1.26 was used in the generation of these NCR's.

Colu=n 5 is the Equipment Qualification Sheet (EQS) number for the environmental qualification evaluation which has been done on the equipment listed in column 1.

Column 6 is the Licensee Event Report (LER) number for the LER's which have been generated when a determination was made that reasonable assurance did not exist to ensure that the Class lE electrical equipment componert(s) can ~

perform their safety-related function.

Table ii contains all items identified at the time of this report. This table includes NSSS items, Category a and b items, and Category e ite=s.

Some items on this list were identified too late to incorporate status information. These items are being investigated and will be reportea on as soon as the information is available.
