On October 2, 1981, Applicant filed its Motion to Compel Answers to Interrogatories by Joint Intervenors in response to Applicant's Third Set of Interrogatories filed on August 13, 1981. Joint Intervenors thereafter filed their answers to these interrogatories on October 10, 1981. Upon review of the answers provided by Joint Intervenors, Appli-cant, on October 29, 1981, renewed its Motion to compel as to those interrogatories pertaining to Joint Intervenors' Contentions 17 and 26,* in that Joint Intervenors' answers to these interrogatories were incomplete and non-responsive.

Subsequently, on November 20, 1981, Joint Intervenors filed

• The remaining interrogatories contained in Applicant's Third Set of Interrogatories related to contentions which were withdrawn by Joint Intervenors on October 23, 1981.

.s their Amended and Supplemental Answers 'to Interrogatories on Contentions 17 and 26. Further, on December 15, 1981, Applicant and Joint Intervenors agreed to a revised, consol-idated version of Joint Intervenors' Contentions 17 and 26, which has been submitted to the Board for approval.

Wherefore, on the basis of the foregoing, Applicant requests that the Board approve Applicant's withdrawal of its Motion to Compel Answers to Interrogatories by Joint Intervencrs.
