REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION OF FILING DATE On the laut day of the hearing concerning the limited issue of the evacuation brochure a schedule for filing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law was set by this Board. The schedule was this:
Applicant March 14, 1983 Joint Intervenors March 23, 1983 Staff April 4,
1983 Applicant reply April 14,1983 After receiving the extensive document filed by the Applicant on March 14, 1983, it became clear that more time would be necessary to adequately file Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. Further, Joint Interrenors are involved in litigation and rate filings on the state and local level. Thus, we are requesting a new schedulo extending the Joint Intervenors time for filing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law by one week.
In a conference call of March 22, 1983 including Judge Wolfe, Mr. Turk, Mr. Churchill, and myself, a new schedule was tentatively established:
Joint Intervenors March 30, 1983 Staff April 11, 1983 i
l Applicant reply April 21, 1983 i
Both the Applicant and Staff requested additional time because of Joint Intervenors request. In addition, the Applicant mentioned that more time would possibly be requested because of conflicts with an appeal hearing scheduled for April 19. Joint Intervenors would not oppose a reasonable eytention.
