Entergy Operations the licensee for Arkansas Nuclear One, Units 1 and 2, Grand Gulf Nuclear i Station, River Bend Station, and Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station has reviewed the Federal l Reelster notice and offers the following comments for your consideration.  ;

We endorse NEI's response to you on this subject. Entergy Operations agrees that the deletion of i paragraph 73.55(d)(8), separate access control to containment, is appropriate for the reasons stated in the proposed rule change. Entergy Operations appreciates NRC's actions to eliminate this unnecessary requirement.
