REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME Joint Intervenors filed a motion on December 12, 1983 requesting that the record in this proceedino be reopened to consider Contention 22.
Applicant's answer is due December 27, 1983 and the Staff's answer is due January 3, 1984.
Because this time period encompasses the holiday season, and because of the press of other activities resulting from Applicant's counscl's involvement in two other licensing proceedings currently active before a Licensing Board and an Appeal Board, Applicant respectfully requests that the time for Applicant's answer to the motion be extended to January 13, 1983, with a corresponding extension to January 18, 1984 for the Staff.
Joint Intervenors and Staff counsel have informed Applicant that they do not oppose this request.
