AMENDMENTS OF DEFINITION OF " NUCLEAR ENERGY HAZARD" AND PART OF CONDITION 4, " LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; COMMON OCCURRENCE" (Indemnified Nuclear Facility)

It is agreed that:

1. In Insuring Agreement III, " DEFINITIONS", solely with respect to an -

" insured shipment" to which this policy applies as proof of financial r protection required by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Subdivision
